Jalaram Bapa was however not willing to live a householder’s life and continued to take care of his father’s business. He was mostly engaged in serving pilgrims, sadhus and saints.

Finally, Jalarambapa died on 23 rd February 1881 while doing prayers of Lord Ram at Virpur only where he was born. This is called samadhi in Hindu religion.
